Revival and Sickness

We are having revival! We went through a low period.. but then revival started.
We baptized and man and his wife from the community... they came from the adopt a block thing we did...

We baptized another lady from the community who came to church with a friend.
She is also bringing her boyfriend!

Several others have been baptized.

I am still feeling very bad in my stomach.
Confusion as to whats going on... maybe this antibiotic or another... or something different.
Waiting on test to come back.

Stopped 2 diff antibitotics due to side effects.

Needing direction on what to do with our house, jobs etc.

I know Jesus can heal me of all of this.
I can just trust him and leave it at that.

All about the hard times

It looks like I only blog in the hard times. :)

yep... I am sick again...

had some type of "urinary" infection with fever etc. before we went on the birthday cruise in July.

Then a massive sinus infection.

Then severe stomach problems... maybe from the antibiotics.. worse that I had in Austin in late 04.

And again... God is teaching me and doing great things!

Many times we dont feel worthy for God to give us a miracle..
We think that if someone else prays for us that God will accept that person and give us our miracle.

We are accepted in Heaven because of Jesus Christ!

He took our pain... and all of our bad stuff.
He trades us His healing and all His goodness!

Abundant Life Church in Alabaster, AL had our first revival!
It was great. A young guy from the community was baptized.

We also did a community project by mowing and cleaning and abandoned house.
We are having slow steady growth.
